My Commitment to Transparency

Transparency isn't just something I talk about - it's something I want to practice throughout this campaign.

I believe every resident deserves access to the same information, so they can make an informed decision on October 26th, 2026.

That's why, from the beginning of my campaign, I've made a commitment to be open about where I stand, and to provide my information to anyone who asks - whether that's ScugogVotes.ca, The Port Perry Bulletin, the Port Perry Agricultural Society, Scugog Professional Fire Fighters, or a resident of Scugog.

When residents ask me questions, whether directly or in a public comment, I publish both the question and my response on my website so others can see the answers too.

I recently completed questionnaires from the Port Perry Agricultural Society and the Scugog Professional Fire Fighters. In keeping with my commitment to transparency, I've made my responses available on my website and linked to my Facebook page so residents can read my answers for themselves.

I believe voters deserve to know where candidates stand on the issues that matter to our community. Rather than relying on summaries or sound bites, I encourage you to read the questions, read the answers, and decide for yourself.

That's what transparency looks like to me.
