I was looking forward to participating in the North Durham Chamber of Commerce Meet the Candidates event on September 16. Unfortunately, I have a long-standing travel commitment that was booked well before I made the decision to run for Council, and I will be unable to attend.
Although I’ll miss this opportunity to connect with residents, I remain committed to listening, learning, and having meaningful conversations throughout the campaign.
I’ve now knocked on the door of virtually every home in Ward 2, and where residents were unavailable, I’ve left information about my campaign. In the coming weeks, I’ll be going back out and knocking on doors for a second round, giving me another opportunity to connect with residents, continue the conversations we’ve started, answer your questions, and hear what matters to you.
I’ll also continue attending community events and sharing my priorities for Ward 2 in the weeks leading up to Election Day.
If you’d like to connect with me, please feel free to reach out through my website or social media at any time.
I look forward to seeing you around the neighbourhood!
